Operations Relocation Specialist Support Intern
Aires has an opportunity for an Operations Intern (Summer 2017) available in our Pittsburgh, PA corporate office. This is a full time, paid internship lasting approximately 12 weeks. You'll have the opportunity to learn and grow professionally in a high growth environment where you'll utilize your administrative and customer service skills to provide support on billings and monitoring reports for household good shipments.

Provides general support to the Relocation Specialists, allowing the Relocation Specialist more time to spend on the phone with their clients and transferees
Communicates with the Relocation Specialist and other department members to provide updates and information pertaining to tranferee's moves.
Processes billing of relocation (family services) and household goods shipments
Pursues client required information and documents
Updates systems accordingly
Minimum Sophomore status – junior or senior preferred
Track record of achievement – high GPA (3.0 or above), extracurricular or volunteer activities
Great communications skills – ability to interact with internal staff and transferees
Some successful customer service experience required
Computer literacy with MS Office products, and ability to grasp proprietary software
Excellent customer service and administrative skills
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple competing tasks
Ability to follow policies and procedures
Genuine desire to help others
Team oriented mindset, with a strong sense of care and urgency
