Senior International Compensation Analyst

The overall purpose of the Senior International Compensation Analyst is to serve as financial reporting liaison between our clients and their transferee and our client’s tax providers.
Reconciles worldwide compensation and collects data and reports to global locations.
Ensures tax compliance.
Coordinates with third-party vendors on the client's behalf for the calculation of expatriate cost of living allowances.
Calculates expatriate allowances and deductions as per client's policy guidelines and third-party recommendations.
Creates and updates Compensation Balance Sheets as per the client's policy guidelines.
Calculates tax cost estimates with compensation software to analyze the total potential cost of an international assignment, including compensation, physical relocation and home/host country tax costs.
Instructs and reconciles client's global and domestic payroll in regards to the international assignment.
Manages client Shadow Payroll in compliance with global statutory requirements.
Collects, reconciles and reports global compensation data in support of the client's year-end process.
BS degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or related field of study from four-year college or university and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum 4 years industry related experience, with a background in compensation and a demonstrated knowledge of global tax.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Microsoft Office expertise, including Superior Excel Skills.
Ability to handle a fast paced environment, while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
