In an effort to further spur our growth, we are currently seeking a Mobility Manager to join our team!
Handles complex files with significant financial consequences; handles high profile transferees and complex moves.
Plans, administers and schedules multiple projects within budget and time constraints.
Manages the Household Goods shipment and family services (e.g. temporary housing, area orientation, language training and home finding assistance) of the corporate relocation process for each transferee as their primary contact and advocate for those services.
Explains applicable client policy to the assignee and how to appropriately utilize the benefits.
Consults with corporate clients and relocating employees/assignees in regards to policy exceptions and issues..
Diaries all key correspondence and communication with the transferee and partners.
Updates the Aires operating System from the onset of the relocation through each stage of the process.
Coordinates with all internal departments/functions to ensure successful transferee.
Establishes a commitment to accurate and expedient billing to maximize Aires profitability.
Provides client transferee status updates, keeping them abreast of issues and solutions that arise so they are always knowledgeable.
Learns performance review procedures and conducts performance management meetings with team members.
Provides current, direct, complete and actionable positive and corrective feedback to others, facing up to people problems on any person or situation quickly and directly.
Approves overtime and time off requests.
Minimum 3 years experience managing a team of Mobility Specialists.
Excellent at establishing clear directions and is a clear communicator
Must have served as a mentor and a coach
Must be comfortable and have experience presenting to a group.
