Accounting Coordinator

Position Responsibilities:

  • Verify expense receipts to charges submitted
  • Analyze expenses versus the client plan
  • Coordinate payment of expense statement through the accounting system
  • Code expense payments for proper entry into the tracking system
  • Bill client for expense processing service
  • Create client reports
  • Respond to internal customer requests in a timely, accurate and friendly manner

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Associate Degree in Accounting, Business or related field
  • 1-3 years related experience or training

Additional Qualifications: 

  • Accounts payable or payroll experience helpful
  • Experience with accounting software process
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong math ability
  • Computer skills: MS Office (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Team oriented mindset, with a strong sense of care and urgency
  • Desire to provide excellent customer service
