We are crafting the next generation of digital mobility management tools and looking for an experienced product designer to lead design across our key technology initiatives. Your passion for human-centered design will help our teams research and develop product strategies based off insights from real people then collaboratively turning those insights into beautiful and enabling products. Additionally, you'll work with our technology and product teams as a strategic partner supporting all phases of the product development lifecycle.
This is a full-time position at our corporate office in Pittsburgh, PA (Robinson Township). Reporting to our Director of Product Management, you will be a key member of a small and highly influential product team.
Who you are:
You’re an expert communicator and collaborator. You naturally seek out others with varying viewpoints and subject matter expertise to help you craft appropriate solutions. Presenting work at any stage and eliciting constructive feedback is normal for you.
You treat any idea as an untested hypothesis. Great ideas can come from anyone on your team, and you are a master at validating assumptions and leading the team to a shared understanding and decision.
You think visually. Your native habitat is a whiteboard where you flesh out rough sketches of early concepts, eventually evolving them into a well-crafted interface.
You are comfortable with being uncomfortable. You are used to being thrown into the middle of messy problems in unfamiliar domains, and yet you masterfully clarify confusion and bring order to complexity.
You are a talented designer with a broad skillset. On any given day you may be required to conduct research, construct the user experience for key functionality, create content, and define high-fidelity user interface components.
