Provides general support to the Mobility Specialists, allowing the Mobility Specialist more time to spend on the phone with their clients and transferees
Communicates with the Mobility Specialist and other department members to provide updates and information pertaining to tranferee's moves.
Processes billing of relocation (family services) and household goods shipments
Pursues client required information and documents
Updates systems accordingly
High school diploma or GED
1–3 years relevant customer service or administrative experience
Excellent customer service and administrative skills
Computer literacy with MS Office products, and ability to grasp proprietary software
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple competing tasks
Ability to follow policies and procedures
Genuine desire to help others
Team oriented mindset, with a strong sense of care and urgency
