Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware & mobile devices
Respond to queries either in person, via email or over the phone
Take ownership of computer related issues and communicate resolution with the user
Write training manuals and train users
Assist and provide instruction on the basics of best practices for the user community
Maintain daily performance of computer systems
Ask questions to determine nature of problem & walk customer through problem-solving process
Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software
Run diagnostic programs to resolve problems and clean computers
Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), and other systems
Install computer peripherals for users
Assist and provide instructions on the usage of the company’s telephone system
Provide first level support to the company’s printer systems and escalate any larger issues to the leasing company
Associates Degree, or equivalent professional experience
Minimum 2 years of personal computing break/fix experience
Computer related hardware, software & troubleshooting techniques.
Operating Systems such as Windows XP, 7, 8, 10.
Microsoft Office Suites. (2010, 2013)
Excellent documentation skills
Good written and verbal communication skills
