Corporate Housing Administrative Assistant

An excellent career opportunity is currently available for a Corporate Housing Administrative Assistant located at Aires Pittsburgh, PA office.  This position is responsible for entering estimated financials and invoices for services booked through the department and ensuring that partners are paid on time which decreases the number of payment inquiries received.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Enter rates estimates
  • Enter invoices received from corporate housing providers and attach in the system
  • Update the tracing prompts for each file
  • Communicate with partners to resolve invoicing discrepancies
  • Provide back up for other department members who are out of the office or as needed during peak season

Basic Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma/GED and some college required
  • Associate or Bachelor’s Degree, preferred.  New college grads are encouraged to apply
  • Strong math ability
  • Accounting and data entry experience a plus
