Due to our growth in the region, an excellent career opportunity is currently available for a Mobility Specialist Elite located in the San Jose/Silicon Valley area. This exciting opportunity is in a high growth environment where you will utilize your significant experience to manage international and domestic relocation service delivery for select corporate clients. This role will deliver authorized relocation and assignment management services to executive level transferees with the additional responsibilities of in-person, highly personalized support during key events and throughout the relocation.
This is a mobile position. Employee must have transportation and the ability to work in the field as needed and/or onsite at client office. Must be technologically savvy, with a quick ability to learn and demonstrate tools/resources to mobile employees.

Provides a personalized concierge service to assignees for all of their relocation and transition needs and serves as a single point of contact for executive/VIP transferees
Coordinates and tracks the authorized relocation benefits, including but not limited to:
Movements of household goods shipments
Long and short-term housing support
Meets with client contact, VIP transferee or client representative in person as needed
Serves as escalation point for partner service issues and ensures fast resolution
Conducts on-site support activities during key events such as policy briefing, temporary housing move-in, household goods packing and delivery, etc.
Supports completion of employee relocation expense reports for reimbursement
Supports internal and client resources related to year-end tax reporting
Oversees payments to partners and tracking of relocation spend for reporting
Has the ability to travel to the Huntington Beach office for ongoing training as needed
Associate or Bachelor’s Degree, preferred but not required
Minimum of 5 years relevant customer service experience within the relocation industry
Certified Relocation Profession (CRP), preferred
Global Mobility Specialist (GMS), preferred
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Strong decision making ability using business facts and good judgment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and manage changing requirements
Understands accountability level, including responsibility to deliver results
Recognizes opportunities and initiates actions to capitalize on them. Looks for ways to make an impact
Has established a track record of producing work that is highly accurate, demonstrates attention to detail and reflects well on organization
