Mobility Specialist

Aires is a Pittsburgh-based organization with a 30+ year history of growth and expansion. Job duties include:

  • Managing household goods shipments and family services for corporate transferees
  • Providing timely updates to transferees and clients to keep them abreast of issues and solutions
  • Managing updates to the Aires operating system by documenting correspondence and communication
  • Ensuring accurate and expedient billing to clients
  • Coordinating ongoing communication between transferees, the client and Aires staff
  • Making timely decisions to provide a seamless relocation


  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Great written and verbal communications skills
  • Minimum one year customer service experience with a genuine desire to help others
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple competing tasks
  • Self-motivated with strong time management and organizational skills
  • Great computer skills to master our internal systems; experience with MS Office
