Aires is a Pittsburgh-based organization with a 30+ year history of growth and expansion. Job duties include:
Managing household goods shipments and family services for corporate transferees
Providing timely updates to transferees and clients to keep them abreast of issues and solutions
Managing updates to the Aires operating system by documenting correspondence and communication
Ensuring accurate and expedient billing to clients
Coordinating ongoing communication between transferees, the client and Aires staff
Making timely decisions to provide a seamless relocation
High School Diploma or GED
Great written and verbal communications skills
Minimum one year customer service experience with a genuine desire to help others
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple competing tasks
Self-motivated with strong time management and organizational skills
Great computer skills to master our internal systems; experience with MS Office
